On Wednesday we left Lagoon Cove early and transited to Port McNeill. It was a lovely and beautiful cruise. We were in Port McNeill about 4 years ago on our other boat, Hideaway. That time we got stuck there for a full week. I just went up to the office and paid for night 3.

We got to spend 2 lovely days and nights at Blind Channel. The second evening, we went back to the restaurant and ordered the items we had missed on the first visit. They only have 3 entrees, 3 apps and 3 desserts, and they’re only open from 6 – 7:30. It was another lovely meal.

We got to sleep in and have a lazy, slow morning drinking coffee on the flybridge. Today we’re moving to Blind Channel Resort and will be in a slip. We’ve been there before and it’s one of our favorites. There are beautiful trails here. Another Nordic Tug came in and tied up right next to

We’ve taken 3 shakedown cruises. We went to Shoal Bay and Hunter Bay on Lopez Island, and Deer Harbor on Orcas Island.
