Norm went on land and checked out the cabin. Most of the sites where there is a mooring ball, there is also a cabin. I didn’t go because I see too many grizzlies. He didn’t go far!

After picking up our crab traps, cleaning and cooking them in 2 batches and getting reorganized, it was time to move on. 48 nautical miles and we’re in Klu Bay. As we are getting near we can see on our chart there is already 1 boat in the small bay. We are hoping for the mooring ball. So far, we have gotten all the mooring balls. Most boats are too big – but not Sweet Pea! We stayed 2 nights. Beautiful weather, full sun, which means flybridge time!

These folks came over on their dinghy and were telling us how good they did both crabbing and shrimping and where to put traps down! So, we went out in our dinghy and Norm dropped a line.

They came back at the end of the day and gifted us a big bucket of shrimp! How wonderful! They are the largest and best tasting we have ever seen.

Those shrimp look delicious! And that is one ugly fish!
